Science-Inspired Redesign
Client is an R&D group 🔬 that we had supported in previous engagements with course and event management, copywriting, and content creation. For this project, we provided a complete overhaul of the website and educational platform. Working within their existing brand guidelines, we developed an effective launch schedule and implemented a new design system and web design, including all custom assets, and membership registration flow, creating a cohesive user experience. The new site, launched just in time for a multi-day live event and made a significant impact with the audience. Work soon began on translating the website into French and Spanish. 🌍
It's all in the details…
Despite the constraints of the established brand, we didn’t let that didn't stop us from having fun and being inspired by the many avenues of science. For example, the Casimir Effect - a phenomenon demonstrating energy fluctuations between two plates in so-called "empty space" - sparked our creativity 🧠. Taking this imagery as inspiration, David sketched a custom burger menu for the website (left). Most wouldn't notice this detail but those who did have made it clear how much they appreciate the finer details! 🔍
